Seminar Program Development
  • Liaise with clients to produce the final program for the given Seminar

Draft and Final Program
  • Frontier Health events would use the content guidelines developed with the client or provided by the client and utilize marketing strategies, knowledge of GP educational needs and wants to develop seminar programs designed to gain attention of a busy GP.
Develop Content Guidelines for the speakers
  • This will be a brief guideline outlining specific areas the speakers will cover, duration of talk and question time etc.

Speaker Contributions
  • The speakers would be asked to advise if there were any other specific issues or new research that may be of interest and of importance to General Practitioners. This would then be discussed with the client for consideration.
Source and Organise High Calibre Speakers
  • Source and Organise high caliber Speakers who are recognized authorities in their chosen fields and are able to present the latest up-to-date information which would be practical and relevant in General Practice.

Negotiate Speaker Fees
  • We can negotiate and finalise speaker fee

Distance learning or Online Web Cast  (with Category 1 and Category 2 Points)

  • We can create Web cast for your symposium and offer it online to your members the whole year around.
  • We can also produce Audio and DVD pack for you symposium.

Organisation and Management

  • We can work with the client to determine:
  • The theme and message behind client’s conference idea
  • The event format, marketing strategies, number of delegates and optimum location etc

Marketing

  • We advise and assist the client in designing marketing strategies.
  • Assist in promoting clients events.
  • Help design and distribute brochures etc.
  • Identify key target groups.
  • Negotiate special advertising deals with Key publications and other distribution channels like hospitals, GP divisions, medical centres and other groups.

Design and Consultation for Symposium Program

  • We can assist with designing the seminar program
  • We can assist in designing Active learning modules (ALM).
  • Apply and Organise Professional Development Points for the Event.
  • (RACGP Category one and Category 2 points, ACCRM, and O&G)
  • We can administer the points for the client.

Speaker Management

  • We can help with sourcing or selection of speakers (in most Disciplines of General Practice).
  • To Draft and finalise speaker availability and program time tables.
  • Receive and compile all presentation materials, biographies etc. for the program booklet and presentations.
  • Arrange Speaker travel and accommodation.
  • Take care of any additional or special requirements.
  • Assist with audio visual management.

Delegates

  • We can compile reference material for delegates.
  • Organise a social program for delegates.
  • Organise accompanying person programs

Registration

  • We can either use our online facility or set up an online facility for clients conferences.
  • Handle conference correspondence & provide full secretariat services.
  • Prepare and distribute all delegate program material.
  • Arrange conference satchels, name badges, tickets, delegate list etc.
  • Take care of delegate registration, travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Any special arrangements or requirements would be easily catered for.

Venue Management

  • Work with the client to select the ideal venue to match the theme of the clients event.
  • Take care of full venue management and audio visual management.

Catering

  • Organise and manage all catering requirements.
  • Take care of any special needs and meal requirements

Sponsorship & Trade Exhibition

  • Generate sponsorship for the event.
  • Prepare sponsorship packages and marketing tools.
  • Take care of the Trade Exhibition organisation and management as well as set up and dismantling of exhibitions.
  • Design and produce floor plans with maximum space and trade exhibition exposure for event sponsors.

Financial Management

  • Budget preparation, management of budget and costs.
  • Provide client with detailed financial accounts.
  • Negotiating and arranging insurances for the event.
  • Setting up merchant facilities, bank accounts.
  • Setting up computerised registration processes.
  • Bank reconciliation.

Transparency, Ethics and Integrity

  • Is our standard at all times. – refer to the Ethical Codes of Conduct.

Budget

  • Produce Budgets
  • Client will be presented with a detailed comprehensive budget.
  • Apart from the allocated amount for miscellaneous spending, any variance to the budget will be discussed with the client and advised in writing. If extra spending is agreed, clients’ authorisation to go ahead will be required.
  • The budget will be very closely monitored.
Reporting

At the end of every week, once the daily registration is processed and updated, client would be emailed an income reconciliation report showing the progress event financial status together with registration income and delegate numbers.

Sponsorship details and income will be updated at the end of every week and client will be kept updated with confirmed sponsorship and financial commitments.
