Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations requests has to be in writing and addressed to Frontier Health Events Conference Secretariat. Cancellation three weeks prior to the conference date will receive a refund, less $95 administration fees. There will be no refund within three weeks of the conference . (Registration can still be transferred to another person).

All accommodation and flight bookings and cancellations: would be subject to third party terms and conditions, Event Organisers do not take any financial risks,

All quoted and advertised prices: are subject to availability of services and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.

Payment Currency: All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars, or as otherwise indicated.

Payment Options: Frontier Events Pty Ltd provides a St. George Bank approved Secure Gateway for processing all credit card online payments. Standard credit card processing fee will apply to all payments made by credit card: 1.5% - MasterCard and Visa; 3% - Diners and American Express. Payments made by Cheque or direct deposit will not attract any fees.
Debit cards are not accepted.

Credit Card details by secure Server: Your credit card payment security is very important to us therefore we have chosen to use Eway Australia’s award winning Payment Gateway for all online credit cards payments.

Third Party Websites: We may have link to external web sites, please note that we do not have any control over third party websites, their content, policies etc. and we do not take any financial risks associated with them.

Liability: All services and products are subject to availability and are offered on a "first come first served basis".
The organisers will do their best to ensure that the events and programs are held as advertised but do not take financial responsibility for any disruptions that may result due to unforeseen circumstances.
